What we offer

What we offer:

Try It For Free: The Introductory Modules (1 and 2) are free to take.

Transition Modules:  Modules 3 to 7 are Transition Modules. We work through basic tools understanding as well as some key essential skills training.

Certification Modules: Tuition-based training starts at Module 8.

Pay by Module: Payment for modules is only required on a per-module basis. This means no up-front year-long or course-long tuition cost. We don't charge you for modules you don't take.

Earn While You Learn: You will be working and learning on real job sites, with real professionals. This means you also get paid.

Hands-On Training: Our on-site learning system means you learn your skills from real tradespeople, on real sites.

Industry Approved: Our modules are developed by real tradespeople currently on the tools, so you learn up-to-date, relevant, necessary skills and acquire the necessary knowledge to apply the skill.

Leave The Paperwork To Us: We help you keep track of your hours and course details so you can focus on doing your best.

Back-Up: You always have one of us in your corner to help you navigate your training and work. You will have a CSTA lead who will be your point person, someone you can bring issues to, and who can give you advice.

No Tests: We don't check your skills with paper tests. Instead, a CSTA 'tester' comes to you on site to watch you demo your skills. Trades are physical skills, and we believe showing you can actually do it is more important than memorizing things.

Cancellation/Removal From Program: There is no requirement to stay in the program. Employment is based on staying in the program to complete your certification. Your program employer then has the first-right-of-refusal on your continued employment, once certification is achieved. Other reasons for removal from the program include a 3-strike rule. Strikes are earned for bad attitude, no-shows, attendance record, poor skill development, and continuous negative feedback from working crews and supervisors. Tuition paid for modules is non-refundable.
